Being on staff is a season of serving, learning more of your giftings and abilities, and furthering the cause of Christ in Estonia, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Currently we are looking for:

• Mission Adventures staff for summer mission trips

• Experienced DTS staff for pioneering the Baltic DTS

• Communications staff

• Youth Leader Training ministry staff

• Pioneers who are able to start new ministries in Estonia

To apply to be on staff you must have completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM.
